Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Roadster Dash, a free browser game operated by morpii, Republic of Korea.

1. Playing the game

You may play the game for personal entertainment. No paid account or purchase is required. Use online features only when you can legally agree to these terms or with the permission of a parent or guardian where required. The game is not directed at children under 14.

Scores and ranks have no monetary value and do not entitle you to cash, prizes, products or ownership of a vehicle. Vehicle handling and stunts are fictional gameplay, not real-world driving guidance.

2. Your player, account and public rankings

A pseudonymous guest player is created automatically in your browser. You may optionally sign in with Google to keep your records, coins, items and achievements across devices; signing in moves the guest's records to your account, and the guest's unspent items are converted to coins at their shop price. You can change your nickname from the menu. Nicknames, scores, distance, rank and record dates can appear publicly on global and regional leaderboards; the four-digit tag is shown only for Google accounts. Do not use a nickname that impersonates another person, infringes rights, exposes private information or contains hateful, threatening or abusive content.

A guest player depends on your browser's stored session. Clearing storage, switching devices or using private browsing may create a different player, and recovery of a guest player is not guaranteed. To delete your player or account data, email morpiihq@gmail.com. How data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

3. Coins, items and achievements

Daily check-in rewards and daily quests follow the local day of your device; the stored day only moves forward, and unclaimed streak bonuses and quest rewards expire when the day changes. Coins can be earned through play, achievements, daily check-ins, daily quests and promotional bonuses, and items and car colours are obtained with coins. Google accounts may make one-time purchases of 1,000 coins for US$5 or 3,000 coins for US$10. A limited bonus pack of 7,000 coins for US$15 is available for 10 hours of active game time after the account first enters the store. The timer pauses when the game is closed or not in the foreground. Prices are listed in US dollars; checkout shows applicable tax and the final total before payment. Coins cannot be withdrawn as money or transferred between players. Paid purchases are subject to our pricing and refund policy. Refund and payment requests go to Paddle buyer support. Earned and promotional coins are not redeemable for cash. A revive item can be used once per run. Start items are used at the start line, once per kind per run. Permanent car colours, boost colours, neon colours and licence plates require a Google account to buy or equip. Each colour is bought once for that account and can then be switched freely; each licence plate change is paid. Plates must not be offensive or identify a real person. Guests can still earn and claim coins and achievements and use the item shop; their records and eligible balances are settled on sign-in. Legacy paid guest colours and equipped paints are not transferred to the Google account. We may correct balances, items or achievements obtained through errors, bugs or abuse. Game rules, prices and rewards may change. If the service ends, coins and items end with it.

4. Friends

Friends are available to Google accounts. A friend request becomes a friendship when the other player accepts it, and anyone who opens your invite link and accepts becomes your friend immediately, so share it only with people you want as friends. Friends can see your nickname#tag, best records and last visit time. Do not send repeated unwanted requests or use friends to harass others. You can remove a friend or cancel a request at any time.

5. Fair play and misuse

Do not submit fabricated or automated scores, manipulate online requests, use automation to flood the service, bypass limits, exploit bugs for coins or items, interfere with other players or attempt unauthorized access. Records are verified automatically and may be rejected. We may remove invalid records, coins, items and inappropriate nicknames, restrict abusive access and correct rankings to preserve fair play. To question a decision, email morpiihq@gmail.com with the relevant nickname, tag and record date.

6. Advertising

The site may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Advertisers, not us, are responsible for their ads and the products and services they offer. Do not click ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so. How advertising cookies work and how to opt out are explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may update game mechanics, scoring, rankings, coins, items or supported devices, and temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security. Rankings may be corrected or reset when necessary; significant planned resets or discontinuation will be announced on the site where practicable. Continuous availability, compatibility and preservation of every record are not guaranteed.

8. Optional Ko-fi support

Ko-fi support is voluntary and takes place on an external site. It is not needed to play, does not increase your score or rank and does not unlock game features, coins or items. The game does not sell a subscription. Optional coin purchases, once enabled, are separate Paddle transactions; Ko-fi support never grants coins.

Check Ko-fi's terms, payment amount, currency and whether you are selecting a one-time or recurring payment before paying. Payment and cancellation are handled through Ko-fi and its payment providers. For Ko-fi payment or refund questions, use Ko-fi support and the payment provider shown on your receipt, with the transaction reference; do not send card details. Paddle buyer support handles only Paddle purchases. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Intellectual property and external sites

Roadster Dash is an independent fan game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or SpaceX. Tesla, Roadster and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Links to Tesla's website are provided for convenience; vehicle reservations and purchases are handled solely by Tesla.

Game code and original content remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. Playing does not grant rights to republish or commercially distribute the game or third-party assets. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

The game is provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Republic of Korea law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections available in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction on consumers.

Material changes will be announced in advance where required; changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. Previous versions: October 18 and October 23, 2026.
