Selected files

Conversion features do not send file names, file contents or extracted text to Morpii or external servers. Files, previews and results are processed in the current tab. The app stops using them when you remove files, reload the page or close the tab. Downloaded files remain on your device.

Browser storage

When you choose a language manually, only that preference is saved in localStorage; selecting browser language removes it. sessionStorage records only whether files were selected, to show a reload notice, and is cleared when the tab session ends. Neither store contains file names or file contents.

You can remove these settings by clearing site data in your browser. Usage analytics identifiers remain only in the current tab’s memory; no analytics or advertising cookies are set. The hosting provider may use security cookies.

Connection data and hosting

The site and conversion engines are delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, access times and browser information to deliver and secure the site and address faults. Selected files are not included in those requests.

Connection data is retained according to Cloudflare’s applicable retention policies and settings. Morpii does not store conversion files on servers or create separate visitor profiles.

Cloudflare’s global infrastructure may process connection data outside your country of residence. For information about international transfer safeguards required by applicable law and provider policies, contact the email below.

Usage analytics

We send your browser language and use the analytics request’s IP address to estimate your country and region.

We use PostHog to collect page paths, browser and device types, conversion formats, file counts and sizes, processing outcomes and download statistics to improve the service. We do not send file names, contents, extracted text, search terms, URL queries or hashes, or error messages. We do not use session recordings, automatic click capture or visitor profiles.

Analytics requests are sent to PostHog’s service in the United States. Connection information, such as IP addresses, may be processed to serve those requests. Stored statistics are retained under the retention policy applied to the PostHog project. See PostHog’s privacy policy for details about processing abroad and the provider’s safeguards.

Usage analytics are disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. All conversion features work regardless of analytics collection. To request deletion of previously collected information, contact the email below.

Inquiries and processing purposes

If you contact us by email, we use your email address, message and information you attach to respond. Please do not send sensitive information or files for conversion. Inquiries are delivered through email providers.

Inquiry information is retained until the response and necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted unless retention is needed for legal obligations or disputes. We do not sell personal information or share it for personalized advertising.

Where applicable law permits, processing relies on legitimate interests in delivering and protecting the site and responding to requested inquiries; processing may also be necessary for legal obligations. Before adding processing that needs separate consent, we explain it and obtain the required consent.

Your privacy rights

Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact the email below; we verify your identity only as needed and respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Morpii cannot access conversion files on your device and cannot access or delete them on your behalf. Manage your files and browser storage settings on your device.

Children and policy updates

We do not request children’s personal information. A guardian may request deletion of information a child provided in an inquiry. If our practices change, we update this page and provide additional notices or consent procedures where required by law.
